	cut the metal out today to start to infill the bonnet rear end peices front and side fillets, also the air duct as been done as well

	tacked in the back strips . put the side flutes in and started to fully weld in and gring down thew fillets had enough now though my bloody backs killing

	lowered 3 inch, black 5 spoke 17's, black graphics, fabricated p100 and mk5 bumpers, tank in boot, twin exhausts, standardish interior with fishnet headrests, ala taunus gt, breathed on 2.8 with nitrous on carburettor, 5 speed box, uprated springs and shocks

	been out today, got back, kids went out, wife went to sleep so i did a bit more bonnet finished on top bar from filler, underside will be started next week removed spare wheel well ready to plate over removed the old mk5 back panel and fitted my new mk4 one been messing with some ideas for stripes

	not much done today, couldnt be arsed, removed all carpet and rear seats so i can make the firewall filled the rear bumper holes and welded up the petrol flap welded up both sides of the floor around the seat mounts

	not done much as ive been up to scotland to duncs for a gathering, picked up my new front wings will be fitting them properly on tuesday, started to fill the petrol flap hole started to put some filler in the bonnet

	Nice work Darren! You say you didn't get much done but i can only dream of making that much progress in such a short space of time!! Liking the mk4 panels, excellent idea. I really like the mk4 lights front and rear. Keep up the excellent work! PS- like the stripes too, but what colour are you planning on with this one?

	Good choice with the mk4 parts, much better looking than the mk5 pity you cant do anything about the taller windows though. I'd swop my 5 for a 4 instantly if i could find a clean one.
	Volvo back as my main squeeze, more boost and some interior goodies on the way.
