Olly, loving the photos.
By the way, your English is wayyyyy better than my French. I have trouble asking for a 19 sausage. I think I got a crepe when I asked for one in St Malo.

sometimes(often?!) french people don't try to understand the french language even if it is done with courage of some "tourists", I hate the frenchies doing that...
I have to remember what you say to me if I come in UK I will make a post to try to meet someone from there!!!
I plan to come and buy on RHD oldie for complete project, I was planing on an early MK2 golf but I am less VWs thant before I come on this forum! but I still want an RHD car project!
I say that to my girl and she says: "cool we come there to spend hollidays, we will buy your car, and after we come bak in France" So when I will have more money I will come!
I was planing to go in Jersey or Guernesey this summer but after the theft attempt I don't have money anymore...
thanks for the pics and thanks for my english level...
I hope to post some pics of the golf slammed soon!

i have restart the golf just tonight!after 6months it runs well, not perfect but well, so tomorrow i will clear the problems and i hope i will remove the wheels soon!
they are so rusty that they are welded to the brakes and i can't rmove them and i have to change the brakes and suspension so for the moment it is a little difficult...
BUT, since i am on R-R i want to see further than VW, i am only 21 and i am only VW so i want to try other things and japan cars tempt me a lot, even before coming there but now i am crazy about them!
so i think my future complete project will be a J, but i keep the passat forever!i love it, my girl too and we have a lot of remember with it so i can't sell it, i try once but it is not gone...
xbo11ox , i especially like the vauxhall, they other one are not my cup of tea, i realise lately that i particularly love cubic cars or sedans and estate...didn't like coupes a lot except perhaps passat 32.

Excellent photography. The Canpon 300D is still called the 300D in this country, my girlfriend had one and recently changed it for a Canon 30D. Here is an HDR picture she took of my 205 with the 30D last Summer.  I love the wheels on the Passat, and the 406 looks hard as nails. The Golf will look excellent lowered on chunky steel wheels. |

I didn't try HDR yet but all pics I see from this tech really stop me so I will try!
the 30D is great i guess, but i wasn't able to buy it, mine was a good deal, i pay it very less than it worth...

results this evening i think!

I agree but it was sales on a supermarket and the seller made an error on the price with two lenses so I bought it for 600euros with two lenses, the 400d was 800euros without any lenses so...it was this day or never, even the boss of the supermarket was looking on it... but it is true that I love the 400d so light and compact...one day...perhaps... ;D I just have mine for 7months, I don't do enough pcitures for the moment I think... otherwise, I receive that today:  some more inside and outside rims for my PLS' 4" wide for the outside for the rear, and 2,5" for the front, I guess that polished on the passat it will rocks! at least I hope!!! ;D I have to drop the golf but it is rainy and the garage is cold... |

Hey! thank you robinxr4i!!! I love your sierra, I had never look at them but since I swa yours I love them!!! I have some pics of my 3pieces wheels for a try... but to begin, some HDR of the passat, I came back to brittany last week end and I can't resist to shoot my "beauty"...      so a try for the width of the future passat's wheels, sorry, cause all of us and my friends love the red steelies, but I think I will paint the center of the 3parts wheels in orange with flat area polished and rims too... I guess it will rocks and contrast on the monaco blue... anyway, pics:    I will have to create a thread abour my new daily, the golf you can see previously on this one, I finally succeed in remove the wheels to swap them with 14" steelies...i tried for some months, I begin to grind them with a tool from my imagination cause I don't have electricity in my garage... I was angry so I hurt the wheels so hardly that it fall down, then I try on the other wheels and it does the same result! so happy I am!because I have the suspension and the new brakes but I didn't be able to put them on because of those fu**ing wheels...but now it is OK!!!!on the road soon!!!! lowering tomorrow! bye! |

yes i love this goodies! the renault wheels are 6x15" if i remeber well, perhaps 6,5", i will try to go there next week end! i will reply to your friendly PM as soon as i have a bit of time!thanks though! some work on the golf(i have to create new post for it...)    :arrow: i think the rear is too low, i will certainly swap those -60mm springs for -40, the front stance is EXACTLY what i was dreaming about! a finger between tire and fender!(-80mm...)   |
