So far have spent about 15 hours detailing her! Paint correction and swirl removal is one of my specialities and I love the challenge of work on cars with older paint and reviving them to look better than showroom finish!!
Wish it were a bit sunnier so you could see the depth of the shine after treating her to a full wash, clay, polish (using Menzerna 106ff and 85RD), Klasse sealant glaze (except the bonnet which I used Zymol HD cleanser), then a coat of Swissvax Zuffenhausen. I left the bonnet for about 4 hours and then gave her a second coat of Swissvax. Then a quick spritz with Autosmarts reglaze which seems to give it an even deeper wet look shine.
All the chrome trim was given the once over with Peeks (and there's lots of it on this!!! ). I used a spot pad and 85RD for the door jambs and under the doors. The dash was given a once over with Sonus cockpit detailer. Chemical Guys New Look Trim Gel was used to liven up the rubber trim.
Autosmart leather cleaner and leather supplement was used to tidy up the seats!
Gotta go and try and find the correct from bumper now which I kinda figure isn't going to be easy!!
Anyway, here's a few pics!
