	OK, So I am a Jammy Barsteward. I have bought the car , and will be bringing it up to Kent ASAP. Need a Dolly to tow it with, or a trailer, or even rent a flatback recovery type Transit or the like. More clear pics. And together. What does anyone know, any pics of tandard or not so standard would be appreciated. What would it be worth with no MOT,Tax and work to be done ? Thanks in advance guys.

	About 10 quid if it's an ordinary person, or 48 million billion brazillion Bundesdolla if there's scene tax included. A mk1 Passat estate is one of the few VWs I've yet to own (or it at least feels that way ) but I did have this facelift hatch: I paid 50 quid for it without tax and test.

	The trim on the green one would suggest its a facelift aswell. That blue was a nice colour dolby.

	Spoke to Polardego, he says it should be rare, and there are few left. I would also be scared of and walk away from Scene Tax, as I do not do much on the "Scene" What are the "TORPEDO'S" on these cars I guess it is suspension parts somewhere. Could someone draw or photograph me a picture please ?

	Torpedos?? Not really sure what that refers to unless it means the taillights, with a squint the estate taillighhts could be called Torpedos i suppose?? The suspension is pretty standard mcPherson struts and springs I think.

	At the back it is Panhard rod with separate shocks and springs - the front is like a gigantic Mk2 Polo.

	that reallly looks like a bargain.... the Audi wagon is based on the Mk.I Passat estate and was in europe only available in the UK. In the US it was available as "Fox wagon", so this car is extremely rare.... buy it and keep it... :-))
