it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

what a truly stunning car. IMHO you should get rid of the stickers and nudge bar though.

Actually The word Jealous isn't right, think more: I want that one! If I ever had the money, garage space, and skilzorz i'd probs do one without the stickers, but temptation for a good ol boys replica car would be such a temptation, its so clean too! I take it you saw that thing about 'the first (original) genaral lee' being rebuilt? it was posted on here, so awsome.

cool, and in Dutch royal orange! Is that nudge bar for push starting salt flats racers or for pushing cyclists out of the way?

Hi all, WOW!!! thanks for your kind comments and warm welcome!!!!!!! In answer to all your questions..... He ran 14.57 in the quarter @ 96.8 mph But he should be a bit quicker than that as the carb was seriously bogging down off the line. Really looking for 13.5. As for sticker and nudge bar removal, I would also love a "HotWheels" stylee Charger maybe moody Matt black, but I cant have both and I lurve the General! Also the stickers, well aren't. They have been airbrushed on and lacquered in ;D Lastly being a General I didn't have to pay to run/race or modify him due to being hired out for weddings and shows for most of last year!!!! The nudge bar strikes fear into all that dare look behind them to see what the noise is ;D Apologies for my behavior in the built up area And the black grille (well spotted) mirrors that of the 2005 Movie General as opposed to the more "common" silver TV version that you've shown. Steering toward the movie car version means that later on (few more weddings required) I can put a full roll cage in him rather than just the hoop and diagonal (which is just for show)
