Looks good, I like the colour as it is now.  I found a couple of Nova steel wheels in my Dad's back garden the other day while tidying up, you are more than welcome to them if they're of any use to you? |

Just my opinion but colour looks good as it is; i'd lose the mirrors and paint the wheels either the same colour as the car or black.

I go with the crowd. I like that colour and i'd keep it the same. As its the first car, i'd play safe and go with just a simple 30 mm drop and lose the wheels as they're too smooth and rounded. something a bit more angular is needed. League 65's are cool if you can find them  Oh, and change the strut brace to black or red and lose the chav seatbelt covers  However, for a first car thats cooool  Wish i'd had one, or had one now just for the fun of it ;D |

my suggestions...lose the mirrors and put originals back on. whack a nice exhaust on it, keep the wheels, drop it a bit....and then drive the nuts off it.
i love that! those seats are fine!

I like it, 1.6 is a pretty good engine size for a first car.lol. I would drop it...say 60mm and get some speedline wheels for it and original mirrors. Cant beat speedline wheels on novas!   |

cheers 4 the comments lads. I hate the original mirrors tbh, and besides these ones cum on the car, and dnt think they're realli gna get used haha, gta smooth boot on the way in the next couple of weeks, gna make a custom number plate recess in the gsi bumper, so it looks like it sposed to b like it! I'm thinkin a set of compomotive mo's...  and maybe drop it 60mm?.... and apart from sort the bodywork thatll b pretty much it 4 the outside, dnt want it too ott.. |

Car is nice, I would say be careful not to barry it up too much though as that would be a shame. Speak to forum member '5hitbox' for advice on what can go wrong when smoothing numberplate recesses - he has learned all the lessons the hard way.

you my friend are unbelievable, plums mate the mum fing was i think acctually quite funny... lets hope i get this boot rite otherwise were gunna be in the same nursing home...

i would keep it grey, and fiberglass up the holes in the mirrors, i think they would look like mk3 astra face lift ones then. oh and hit it with the stick

Here this might help!  If your not a fan of the Nova mirrors then these dtm affairs are prob your next best bet (I still don't like them) don't be smoothing the back off, don't change the colour and ffs sake quit the damn txt speak, were adults not 12 year olds... Have fun! Ps, don't over do the exhaust either, Magnex do a tidy 2.5inch straight exit that suits perfectly Also, when you start changing the bodywork on a Nova your one step away from this  |
