Welcome to RR! Absolute bargain by the looks of it. I love that colour on those, always have! Are you planning on doing anything to it? Or just preserve it and enjoy it?

Welcome! £70 is a top buy! That colour is fantastic too, don't think i've ever seen a vanden plas in that shade, or even a normal allegro for that matter.

Keep it exactly as it is - Ferrari badge and everything, love all the `80s petrol station bargain basket reflectors and foglights. Looks good without the hubcaps, too.

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

It is if you reduce the nitrogen pressure in the front bottles and leave the gas the same in the back ones, if the bottles are stock, then have the nitrogen chambers drilled and tapped for Schrader valves and you can play with the stance to your heart's content! There's loads on the 'net about doing this, and you'll have to at some point as the diaphragms for hydragas displacers are all old and brittle now, but respond to recharging, and I don't mean the fluid side, that just connects the suspension front-rear, the nitrogen is the spring medium.
