Just getting to the last stages of project and i thought id show it off! Before the bodyshop With all the small car park dents and front spliter sorted and fresh lick of paint New bumpers,grill etc are fitted New vinyl roof fitted Next w'end's job is to fit the windows,boot lid and a few bits of trim. Will post the finish motor next week.All iv got to do then (which is the best bit) is to use it!!

Thanks,glad its liked!! Iv done loads of mods,to much to list really.Cam,head,three branch, bigger carbs,uprated dissy,electric fan,oil cooler etc etc. Iv had to loads to the suspension,I'm using the lever arm shocks as well as telescopics on the front so it's got two shockers per side,three leaf springs on the rear with antiroll bar. Superflex bushes where I can get them to fit!! Nightmare getting tuning parts for the car. Engine is easyer as its the same as a mgb!

Dam right,hasent been on the road for two years! Taxing if for next month,its guna be my everyday car for the for the next 6-8 months and i cant wait!!

Sholy Hit Frank does a good job with that paint gun! If only I had the moolah to get the GT sorted into its original colour again......

This one will be a genuine T.C see!! Yea frank does a pucker job with the body work side of it,you should contact him about yours,think he does a special price for Marina's! What colour should your G.T be then?

The front valance is from a MK3 Marina but it has had a lot of work to get it smooth and flush with the body. The only small problem is the under-riders which are touching the valance!

Where did you get the vinyl roof kit from? I want one for my 1100, but can't find anyone who sells them :/

The vinyl roof was supplyed and fitted buy a local company,if you phone around your local upholsterers they should be able to help. If you get stuck with finding the right type pattern of vinyl try www.automobiletrim.com If you get stuck contact me and il give you the phone number of the people who done mine

Yea,we both have been working on it. I failed it on mot. Had to sort the brakes out and Frank had to put inner and outer sills on the o/s. Before all this he's painted alot of the motor!! You not found a replacment yet then?

What colour should your G.T be then? Reynard Metallic (Bronze) with a brown vinyl roof.........and all the stainless steel/chrome bits........ ;D
