just been inspired by pics of a certain '77 audi 50 so here are some pics of my polo  first day.....   new wheels  and a slight drop at the front  meanwhile inside...... a new knob courtesy of gotwood ;D ;D  scirocco seats  and replace the dash   and how it looks now....   i've promised this car to the better half when she passes her test but she has a deadline..... ;D ;D ;D so if the next pics involve brown paint and tassles you'll know she passed.  but if you see berg cup arches and a G40 lump...... ;D   |

thanks for the nice words guys trg1984 - i'm afraid the switches are pretty boring at the mo ;D heater fan/demister and rad fan....  but i have some more to add yet - in-wheel laser/underwater kit/sidewinder AIM9 launcher........ ;D ;D ;D |

That is hard as. Did those wheels come off a certain matt black Mk2 Squareback? I needs to get myself a Mk1 next..... unfortunately theres no room at the moment  |

Looks sweet as!.. such a good shape them polo's, i think i prefer em to the mk1 golf.
By the way, love the Mad Max sig too- watched 1 and 2 for the zillionth time the other night- classic!

Adam - yep! the wheels came as part of a deal between me and the gregmeister I wanted them! But didnt have the cash at the time Anyway they look great on your Mk1! |

thanks again for the comments guys. it's always nice to get some positive feedback ;D plenty more planned for the coming months too unless the other projects get in the way.....you know the score!! and trg1984 - a jump function you say? would that work via a hydraulic ram and the springs or a rocket type thing under the car? ;D kee - mk1 polos seem to be emerging this year from the most unlikely of places. keep your eyes peeled and i'm sure you'll find something soon |

Wicked car you have there, I envy you, still driving it like it's supposed to not worrieng about new paintjob and stuff... At the moment my stance is allmost the same as yours, although I can still lower it a bit in the back... Great to have inspired someone, like so many have inspired me |
