to the front doors on 4 door cars ?

sits nice that. why do peeps only fit armor door plates to the front doors on 4 door cars ? 2 reasons...firstly because the lock pop is at the opposite end of the door to the handle on back doors and also because I wouldn't get them to fit so gave up It's...erm...lumpy! The problem is that one of my mid section exhaust brackets has rusted off thus seperating the downpipe flange so its blowing like a b1tch! I'm hopefully having a new bracket welded on this week though. Then all that remains is a new track rod arm to make it steer in a straight line, a new cam belt and tensioner (precautionary) and a service with engine flush and we should be about there! I cant wait to get my 16's on it I think it'll sit nice on those...need tyres for them first though... I also post on VZI and club gti. Thanks everyone for the positive comments...I think it will be a work in progress for many years but then again thats what project cars are for right? Cheers! |
