don't remember if I have posted this here before Someone had delivered this at the local scrapyard. They said I could take her so I did. 2.0s autobox, smoothest autobox I have tried. Needs waterpump and some welding.. Inner sills, driver side Now, some bartering with the old lady who wanted to throw it away (i pay her the wreck money, and I get the papers ) and I need a set of 9x14 wheels and 215\40 rubber. ;D And I need to lose a lot of ground clearance. Oh yeah, this was parked behind a barn about 200m away from that red 4 door 1972 Rekord C i have How did i not see it! ;D

Well done for driving it home - it looks like its been stolen and used in a ram raid ;D what with the water pouring out from the front, the ignition wires hanging down, the missing door lock and the battered bodywork, not to mention the lack of accelerator pedal Will be interesting to see what this turns out like I think I need to buy myself a large 70's barge to bomb around in

I have the keys, just havent been bothered to reattach the wires yet ;D And the leaky business is just a busted waterpump, i have a new one lying right next to me actually, got it yesterday Bad thing is, all the front damage is from when the sonofabith that brought it to the junkyard pushed it with his tractor! Grrr...

I was given one of those once by my landlord. All I had to do was clear the garage it had sat in since 1980. It had done 39k and had a mummified dog underneath in in a load of dry leaves. Bloody freaky that was I can tell you. Apparently those headlights are damn hard to find. I know, because an 'enthusiast' came over and stole mine while I was away one day. What a curse word.

I have a set of lights and a new frontbox ready to go on, and i picked up a waterpump yesterday Might have to dig the old girl out of the snow and start doing stuff. And its not staying beat up, i plan to have it repainted in the same colour, only with a little more clearcoat, and slam it! Considering trying to find air ride actually But i have lots of other stuff to keep me busy, so it wont be in the nearest future
