OOOOOOOF!!!!!!!!!  That is outstanding. Sunburst red too, no better colour for a XR3i IMO  Is it restored or just damn well looked after from factory? Looks brand new! I think someone posted a pic of yours in a mk3 Escort thread we had a while back? |

hmm my xr3i well have done a bit to it my mate bought it for £50 quid from a farmer was nearly to far gone but we saved it I love it was real hard to get the orignal wheels that were straight the mk2 was in the paper as rolling shell had no other bits at all was a nightmare to get the bits but we did and yes we painted it did all the body work outside and in a party tent !! the vw was basically a real tidy not too rusty project as well |

Thats even better, restored from a wreck, brilliant stuff I can vouch for Cloverleafs bieng hard to find straight- I had cloverleafs on mine for 4 years, but when I upgraded to RS turbo disks and calipers 4 out of 5 of them were so bent they wouldnt clear the caliper  |

yeah i went though loads of sets i rember when everybody used to throw them away for rst alloys instead
