Here's just a few of my ever increasing collection of old nails........sorry......treasured posessions. ;D 1959 Ford Pop 100E, 1700 pre-crossflow on forties, Anglia 1200 box and axle. 1961 Prefect 107E, 1600 crossflow, cortina gearbox. It will be finished..........soon!! Wifies 105E estate with 1500gt pre-crossflow. Wifies Fiat 850 Coupe. This will be finished.................soon. It is actually further along than in the pics, but I haven't got round to taking any more. (That's my Pop 103E in the background) There's several more as Mr Damaged will testify, must get me camera out ;D

I love the 100E, but then I would, I was there the night in late 1993 when we swept 16 years of dust off the windows and drove it 30 miles home from Leamington Spa with a tax disc in the window that read '28-2-77', 1172cc of sidevalve knocking so loudly we had to shout to be heard over it.
As you see that car is how it was then....paint, rusty bits, plates, interior...only the running gear's changed. If only cars could talk, I love that car more than virtually anything I've ever owned....and it's not even mine! ;D

That 100E just says something to me, it just looks like it would be mint to drive, and cars that look like they drive good always do.

Loving your work! That 100E is perfecto in my eyes, quarter bumpers are such a good look. Did I miss something in my history classes but those are your work, yeah?

love the 100e dave-having heard those 40s at close range I can safely say I want it!!! ;D Have a ride in it next time....she sits there as steady as a rock at a ton (on a private testing facility located anywhere there's a straight road ), and with a 3.9 diff, ram pipes and no carpet.....boy is it loud in there! Things I love about it.....it's still got vacuum-operated wipers...you still have to pull the starter switch out...it still has the original steering wheel and dinky switch in the middle for the indicators...it still has the 1959 seats covered in slippery 1959 vinyl...it doesn't have a heater or a stereo (but the floor's warm, and what better music can there be than a pre-X-flow at 6000 rpm??)...it doesn't have seat belts...when the windows are down your arm naturally adopts that leisurely Hot Rod drape down the door...being able to read "Fu**ing hell" on every set of lips as we rip past them on the motorway ;D It's noisy, uncomfortable and pays lip service to road traffic laws.....but I absolutely LOVE that car.
