Chris from Kent is a guy I know called Chris, and he lives in Kent. He's into stock/resto stuff really, and I'm not sure how much he uses the net TBH. Not seen him for a while. So I dunno if this place would be his cup of tea. I think it was him once told me off for havig the wrong spec hubcaps on one of my FD Victors, or that might of been someone else. Nice bloke though either way.

I learned to drive in one identical to that!! Same colour and everything Does it have the black and grey interior too? I remember always being amazed by the boot solenoid as a kid, my dad had it from new, it's gone to the great scrap yeard in the sky now, often wished I oculd have it again now and slam it! seriously cool car mate!

Okey dokes...... After letting this poor beast fester for a while at the back of the lock up I have decided I want it to make the VBOA rally this year! (July 7th and 8th) My mission is to make this Mk2 make! As it stands...... -The head is off (I cross threaded a spark plug turns out the headgasket was on its last legs anyway so I feel less stupid LOL) -It ran out of MOT -The exhaust is like a sieve! Its a very rust free car, but the bodywork needs tidying. I'm hoping to get it road legal and also dropped with some rimmage by Billing. I also hopefully be making it across to the retro show at Santa Pod on the saturday..... I also have a spare exhaust from my other Mk2 that I hope to liberate soon! Oh yes. The white trampdrifter is now dead. It was very very rusty and I was prepared to weld it up, but then I was offered this...... Dirt cheap and solid. It will be the new drift machine Ill start a thread on that one when the time comes Ive got some e30 BBS 15s for it, and some lowering springs too. We shall see how we go and how it looks

Cool cars. LOVE THE AVATAR..... Your Bird ?? Can't beleive how sad I'll sound saying this..... That's actually a screenshot from a sappy Korean film called "My Sassy Girl" My freind in China, who happens to be female, thought it would be great entertainment for me to bring round Korean films so she could watch and I could read the subtitles!

Carltons rock. My dad had a mk1 2000 auto (this one is a mk2, mk1s look more like large mk1 Cavs) and he just literally scrapped his Mk3 estate last week. He's still got loads of 2.0-litre injection bits if anyone's interested? I'll make a separate post when his list is ready.
Nice tramp drifter. I do love this tramp drift thing.

Yes good ol' my sassy Girl. Far eastern film Lover Mr VIP? I've seen a few when in China, another good one who's name I forget was one about a couple of keds dating, and it keeps switching to the past with the 'same' kids, carries on through the film switching backwards and forwards, and the 'twist' is that their parents dating when they were young. Of course, you can't beat "Battle Royale"!!!

Loads of movies. Then moved onto all the others and just cant help myself! "Battle Royale" is ace. "Sympathy For Mr. Vengeance" is also awesome. and "All About Lily Chou Chou" Anyhow..... enough hijackage!

Looking at coilover conversion at the front. Going to the Mk1 style ARB if I cant get one so as to keep it. (mounts on suspension arm not strut) Rears easy I think LOL.

Ooohh this takes me back to late '89 when I had a 1986 1.8GL estate, same colour as yours. Cracking motor, economical too if you were gentle with it (unlike my ex-wife!).
Loved the rear air suspension levelling device too, don't think the saloon had that?
Any updates?
