Hi everyone, just read all about postin pics on the forum, so i thought i'd get to it and post some pics of my chevette. some of you may remember her from the first retro cars show, she is a 80 spec 1256, fitted with the pre 80 headlights, and striped out to try and make up for the pure lack of power !! anyway, take a look, see what you think !!  i thought i'd also add some pics of my daily driver, not quite as retro as the chevette, and not everyone's cup of tea, but she does handle quite well, and i think the fact that these cars are hated by most people makes me like it more !!   thanks for taking a look, feel free to tell me what you think. and for all those that i know from uni, this is a different nova to the one i used to rag round the streets of swansea and the gower !! allthough it has had a test run out on the gower !! |

god ! that was when i first bought it ! with that horrible gay exhaust !! good job i fixed that !! i didn't even know video's of the chevette existed !! thats awesome !!

Great work, I too now fancy a holocaust urban survival Nova with Rally set up. cool. Never fancied one in the past but feeling it now, you can keep ya rusty Fiesta's  |

the black nova at the top is for sale if anyone wants to make me an offer, I'm tempted to sell with most of the bits on it, however the belts cost me over £300 so depending on the offer i might have to take these out, the belts are from carlos sainz's volvo recce car (ford escort cosworth era), 5 point twin crutch strap type Sabelts.
The car also has £150 worth of oil cooler equiptment on it, all aeroquip -10 and ATEC fittings
loads of spares also availible if anyones interested.
The MOT runs out on the 16th and will require some welding to pass, the car is currently SORNed.
