Stupid myopic cabbie backed into it probably about 2 months ago now - got it back from the bodyshop about 3 weeks ago but with the wrong grille  Also, after a knee op I couldn`t get in the damn thing until today - so I picked up the new grille from the bodyshop and took a pic to celebrate. Then ragged it round the lanes for a few hours !  |

Thanks chaps, the old mesh grille got mangled when a stupid cabbie backed into it  Stupid bodyshop kept trying to find one like it even though I kept explaining I made it ! Might make another when I get round to it - It`s a shame it was beyond repair as there was a pic of it in the Haynes Performance Mini Manual. The wife was driving the Min once when Plod asked her about the small plate, she just said it was a Mini and it would look silly with a big number plate Plod walked off shaking his head ... my wife is blonde |
