Nice! The only thing I must say I don't find appealing personally is that eyebrow thingee doofer. Other than that, it's awesome!

The plan is, the other half as decided that the polo cant be my everyday car now as she is too much when driving around town, so he has decided to buy me a mk1 golf gti soft top . And take the polo off the road for winter and well you know get some nice little mods done to her, and then bring her out again next show season And yeah paint job will done and loads of other things Jibber

Nah I'm happy with the 1.8 gti engine that it has enough for me , the g40 cost a hell of alot to run as loves the petrol (heavy right foot at times)

Credit where its due, all but the browz, it looks great.
Whys it too much as a daily? wont the Golf just be a come down? Want some of those wheels for one of the fleet! ;D

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Want some of those wheels for one of the fleet! ;D She's being hammered on fuel costs, it's running a sprint box, only does 120(!) but gets there at a frightening pace!, poor lass is struggling to fill the car up, as much as she loves it Golf GTi would be kinda cool for a daily though, and the Polo for when you want to really have a laugh

No as the golf gti is just as nippy, and i love the mk1 golf aswell it would like a second fun to me.
And also were we are buying a house, and they have monster speed bumps, so unless i wanna spend loads of exhuast all the time, a driffent car would be better.
Thank you for the comments
