I've seen this car before, but it took me a couple of looks to realize it was a 4-door. Cleverly shaved rear door handles, great suff. Shame you sold it. Hope you find another soon.

Thanks for the welcome The rear door handles were an absolute doddle, just a piece of tin then a skim of filler. Daz, your Ascona is a beauty I sadly have a N*va now, as i am a poor student. Sob. Another smooth retro motor will be had when i'm not living on a tenner a week.. fancy a mk1 polo or chevette 2dr saloon next. Nick

I'm a poor 2nd year student now, and need to do some mileage at the weekends, so it wasn't practical I keep hanging my nose over retro motors every time I get a loan payment, and then realise that I have to do things like pay rent, and buy food. Turbo Chevette when I am qualified! Just spoke to the new owner again, somebody rear ended it a few months ago, but its all fixed and shiny again now, complete with circuit racer strips and door numbers Nick
