can i suggest Pitstop instead of Jabba? Jabba have quite a 'don't care' attitude to G-Laders now and haven't made many developments for years. Pitstop's 'full blend' charger is cheaper than Jabbas basic jobbie and provides a heck of a lot more power looking good though! well done

I bet that thing flies with a standard g40 let alone with uprated charger.

Lol, I'm not having my charger ported, i have a ported and charger already (fully blend plus going on), I'm selling my standard one.
And yeah i know Jabba sport have moved onto bigger and better and engine now, pitstop only do chargers when they have done all the chargers what is there left to do?
I'm only going Jabba for some charger bits and collor nout to much most of the mods are done by the other half, as he knows a G40
Thank you for all the info

Wow, that looks ace! Good work! No more 'put the kettle on' gags from me from now on.
Cool seat too! Good job its got those big triangular holes in the side, obligatory i'd have thought when pulling out of tight junctions etc.

pitstop do a heck of a lot more than just chargers.... oil coolers, water injection, sns chips, decent clutches, eaton conversions. last time i spoke to jabba i got the feeling that if i wasn't interested in a turbo kit, then they weren't interested in me. I'm informed their G40 chip hasn't had the code altered on it for 4 years now, still get lag and 10-15bhp down on sns or amd chips. when i went round to the house of one of the pitstop guys (he changed my charger on his dads driveway ) they'd just got their black demo car towed home - it had recorded a 5.5sec 0-60 before tearing the engine from the car. erk!

Blimey! The black demo car is/was a quality motor, it was killing alot of G60s, Rallye G60s and 20V Turbo mk2 golfs to 60 at Bruntingthorpe a couple of years back on the dubforce thrash day. That day it blew the standalone oil feed up and they did some ingenious cowboying with gaffer tape and bits of pipes. Good lads! Immaculate bay too... (quick pic for the hell of it!)
