Yeah I know Ian @ Power Engineering - hes running a 1.7 turbo engine out of the 400 series with custom fuel injection and boost - up to 210bhp what I last heard. I went for a spin in it when it was running a 'mere' 170bhp - awesome! But this engine combination wouldn't be viable with the 360 - plus theres more power to be had from a Volvo redblock.
Hi Sammy... yeah hopefully it shall be looking alot better in the summer months too! I'll be more motivated to do stuff on it when its warm outside ;D

Updated! Well not alot - but I spotted some rare Volvo badged up alloys on eBay, then accidentally found out what they were. Originally fitted to the 480 with the HAAS tuning bodykit:  They're 15x7" and made by Ronal, picked them up yesterday.. could do with a refurb, but they're looking pretty bad ass despite only costing as much as two of the tyres on there     It's going into the bodyshop next week to get a complete drivers side respray and bonnet replaced for an undented one! Then time to start the other side! Looks a bit high in the drivers side picture - but alot of that is due to the curvature of the road. |

Well in preparation for the bodyshop trip - I fitted a black bonnet (undented) today from my old 360. Thought I'd show a pic for the ricers in you.  Then a photoshop of the clear lenses that should be mine in about 3 weeks  And no, they're not my oil stains! ;D |

My Dad had a 340 GL 5dr with the same factory fitted kit. Yours looks indentical except ours had a colour coded grille and mirrors. All done in tastful 80's Essex White. E-plate too.
I remember hearing back at a Volvo dealer when ours was getting serviced that only around 300 came in the UK with the kit fitted.

Well... She's back from the bodyshop and now looking like this... I'm not happy with the profile of the rear arch though - so I'm going to have some words tomorrow. Otherwise, it's looking pretty damn sweet ;D    Just need to get some textured/satin vinyl for the B pillar trimmings. The rear door is off my old black car so didn't and black cars don'thave the usual vinyl covering! |
