an attempt to stop people stealing the reg . the front panel under the bumper is actually a bit bent as it got caught coming off a car trailer because it is soooo low!  M-I-N-T-! |

Had a run down to Newhaven on Sunday to collect my rollcage and some panels. Rollcage     Turns out that the rollcage was built by a friend a mine, Eric Cox and was fitted in his Fiat Twin Cam powered Rapid. (Whats happened to that car???)   Panels collected were a pair of NEW Mk1 Front Wings, Mk1 Front Panel, a pair of de-handled Rapid doors, new engine lid, 2nd hand bonnet |

moved Rapid into S.K.O.D.A.S HQ and started work on the conversion to track car. Stripped out all interior and removed n/s door to trial fit roll cage.  cage is a tight fit to get in position (nothing a pair of size 12's can't fix though) :thumbup    Dash had to be removed to fit front section  |

think a previous owner was planning on fitting a sound system and used the expanding foam as insulation/sound deadening.
