Hi, Just a quick intro, I'm Mick, 31 and don't do new cars..I'm in North Lincs if anyone else is up this way. Currently got 4 Opel Manta's, 3 Coupe's and one scrap Hatch for spares, had several retro cars recently, Mk1 Escort 1300E with a 16GT fitted, MK2 Cortina 2 door, now the Manta's. Daily Driver, now lowered, '84 but the previous owner was called Keith  Rebuild in work, fitted with SRi130 engine, trying to keep it looking '80s  I know at least one person on here who will recognise this one...   Oh and this...Now sold '64 Cadillac, 7 litre V8 and one hell of a cruiser...  |

Nice array of cars! Love the black Manta, I really go for early B's. Is it staying stock looking?

The black B is staying fairly standard looking, will be lowered a bit as they all sit too high, change the wheels, no badges apart from the Opel Blitz on the front and back, most Saxo boys won't know what the hell it is as it wastes them at the lights...always fun... ;D
The Cortina went back to standard, painted the primer bits brown and sold it, should be on its way as a Lotus rep by now...

How far is the black one from being complete.
Is that a series 3 twin cab pick up in the back ground?

The black one is pretty much stripped, SRi engine, 5 speed and 1800 axle fitted, lots of welding to do but its all there, got a early GTE interior for it, its as new so couldnt miss out on it.
The Landy is a '67 Series 2a Diesel, used to be a LWB pickup, now as you say, a Double cab pickup, I wanted one, they didnt make one, so I did, they do them now on the Defender..

Thanks for the comments, I try not to drive normal cars, I had a Grey Mondeo for a year not long ago, not bad just soooooo boring and plain, nobody ever noticed it..

Hey that Mondeo is class!! Is there anything stopping it being used as a daily driver with that roll damage? Even the door mirror has survived OK.
