Right, thought I would follow the lead of Si and Paul and post some pics of my Chamois Coupe, which I converted to megasquirt in my summer break from uni.... Custom manifold and ebay special throttle bodies: ipaqsparker.tripod.com/imp.htmI've been amazed at the difference the modifications have made, all credit to the megasquirt designers and members of the imp club who got me into it! |

The whole car looks lovely - but the engine bay especially looks so neat, the way how all the wiring is so tidy, in my eyes speaks volumes for the level of preparation elsewhere. Bet she goes really nicely with the injection, have you done any other engine modifications along with the EFi? Well done - really nice |

The engine is pretty standard - +0.30 overbore 875, with piper 285 degree cam, sport block + head, janspeed exhaust system. Seems a shame to replace it with a 998 when it runs so nicely, uses no oil and really goes well, but I don't think I can resist...........
Other mods - cobra classic bucket seats with electric subframes (!), digital speedo + led dashboard, micra disc conversion + green stuff pads, the engine lid's a glassfibre sport type with the louvres, halogen lights, 13x6 superlites with yokos, rev counter and voltmeter built into dash, recored radiator, lotus driveshaft couplings, lowered suspension - the list goes on!
keeps me off the streets though
