Yes, it's the ex-MrSigma wagon! ;D Struck a deal involving bike and hifi equipment as I have no money, and had a really great time in Durham too! No pics of my own yet so I'll have to nick some from MrSigmas thread.... Goes under the name "The TerrorWagon"... scares the living sh*t outta people. Gets disbelieving looks from passers by, usually followed by "what the f*ck is that?!" comments. Totally and utterly antisocial, the neighbours hate it, so does my dad.... that's why I LOVE IT!!! Drove without a hitch 150 miles home. Pondering the ride height situation at the minute... this will be rectified asap! ;D

The body will stay "as is" I reckon. I got too much bodywork to do on the Benz without another lot to do! Besides, I really like it all battered and rough. Scares the sh*t outta yuppies in their new pleb-mobiles! ;D I'm a bit reluctant to test out the "stealth" theory on speed cameras.... I've since discovered the Silvia alloys won't fit . That's what I bought them for, but the wagon has this mystery PCD that just won't fit anything else! . So I'll either weigh the alloys in for scrap (fiver a wheel minimum...) or wait until I get something with 4x114.3 wheel fitment.... Or sell them on of course! ;D Currently after a speedo as the Tipp-Ex numbered one I got now is a bit dodgy I reckon! Gonna have a look underneath it this weekend to see if I can't get this bee-yatch in the weeds! ;D

Just did some mpg calculations - 15mpg in town! . Much much better on open roads though ;D Did you get the stuff for the Pony that I sent?

Lowering should definately be the next job! did those sierra springs look like they'd fit up front? Keeping my eyes peeled for more lowering blocks for the rear so it can be a proper floor scraper! ;D Possibly the most comfortable 150 mile trip ive ever had in a car

Yeah! And quieter than the Benz Fitted a CD player today as I haven't had any tapes since about 1992. It's probably the roughest "install" I've ever done! Mainly due to there not being a nice DIN hole to stick the new one in.... Had a brief recce at the suspension situation... the Sierra springs are the right diameter so I might bang them on. But I want a clear couple of days to do it so if it does go tits up I can put it back to normal and drive it! ;D

Bought some bullet mirrors today off Guz (nice to meet you at last mate! ).... just wondering where to mount them. I'm favouring halfway down the wings at the moment, JDM stylee! We were also talking about putting a massive skull and crossbones on the bonnet to add to the "get the f*ck outta my way or I will ram you" attitude it has!

The idea of doing the bumpers in yellow hazard stripes appeals to me...
I have copious amounts of hazard tape liberated from a former employer if you wish to have some...

Reasons why hazard stripes is not a good idea: Exhibit ARoboteers! Activate!!

I have to admit I was thinking of black & yellow stripes for the bumpers as well Can't wait to see the reactions this monster gets at the Papplewick classic meet ;D

I have some hazard tape somewhere..... I might have a bash and see how it looks! Looking forward to Papplewick too! They do have a concours competition don't they? I'm a bit annoyed that MrSigma failed to mention the 2mm stone-chip in the bonnet. ;D

a bit rusty.in a 23 year old way.none of this fake rust for me. had a crash in march thats still not sorted.when it is the beeehatch is getting slammed. got some 3 inch lowered springs for the front and gonna tinker with the self levelling so i can control the height of the rear from inside the car. its really not that special, but its enough to upset the jumper wearers at concours shows ;D
