	You need to host the pics somewhere online (I'd recommend www.tinypic.com ) and then insert the relevant address between image tags like these> [/img] Foe instance: the rR banner above is located (right click the mouse and go to 'properties')here: hotwire.snoogans.co.uk/rrblacktemp.jpg , put that between the tags and voila:
