Would anyone be interested in having another go at a meet for Retro-Riders in the south?
Any preference to venue? The last venue was great as it made the journey more worth it with something to inspire conversation and was cheap. Tesco's car park would soon get boring.
Any preference for dates?
If this becomes a regular occourance in future I would suggest making it every other month to stop things getting stale.
Smiler.

I'd love to have one,.. but not sure when I can attend. Weekends are pretty full. Can do 9th or 10th Sept Garenteed,.. but after that it's all a bit of a jigsaw of fitting in guests and going to things....
If anyone can do a meet with short term planning I've got a good spot for a meet just outside Bath.

Short term off the cuff is pretty good - Its a shame the last one didn't get as many going as planned but I think it was already mentioned that the bank holiday probably got in the way.
Tell you what, if we can meet at the bottom of a big hill I'll even bring the Audi - someone would have to tow me home though!

Well lets get things rolling. First lets choose a month. I'm a bit busy this month but October should be ok. Anyone else ok with that?
Also, we need to collect names of people seriously interested and find out where we all live so we can choose a suitable venue.
Please add your thoughts.
Cheers, Smiler.

October should be good for me too, I'm home for six days between now and then so no chance before, and I'd really like to make it along.
Anywhere is good for me.

Looks like October it is then. Having said that, we might be having a weekend away one weekend in October. But I think we should stick with october.
We choose which weekend later, first a venue.
Any suggestions?

I'm doing a rally on the 21st/22nd but that looks like a good event. I've always fancied going to Prescott to watch a hillclimb - I think that Gloucs isnt it??
Pub meets are always good - Sunday afternoon etc etc

Right, so it looks like the next meet will be Saturday 21st October at Castle Coombe.
Everyone happy with that?
If you can make it please indicate below. If not enough people can make it we can try another one for November.
I shall try to be there but will have to pass it by the missus/boss first.
Smiler.
