When ever i go on a forign website, instead of their language popping up i get loads of blocks :S
It also asks me to install the language packs which i click ok, which then it asks for my windows xp cd (which i lost )
Is there anywhere i can get them from? I cant look at japanese auctions for sexy wheels properly D:<

Probably no help at all, but I just went through whatever motions my computer asked of me...

I have the same problem... I clicked "No" to a Japanes language install years ago, and it's never asked me again since. Can't find anything on t'interweb about istalling language packs either. Guess I'm gonna have to put up with the square blocks when drooling over J-tin

Guess I'm gonna have to put up with the square blocks when drooling over J-tin Try Control Panel > Regional and Language Settings > Language and tick the boxes for the different language support. Haver your XP disk at the ready as it will need to install them from there. Hope this helps...

Thanks Rysz! Unforch, both laptop and desktop are without CDs. Not dodgy, I don't think they came with them! Never mind... I can't read Japanese anyway! ;D

Can you still copy and paste (into search engines and the like) the blocks - even if you can't actually see what they are?
