I bought this last year as a project when it was just out of tax and mot and then went to Australia after starting it. lost intrest once I got back and bought something else. Heres some details on the car:
1990 VW Corrado 1.8 16v in tornado red, 135k miles, no mot or tax. Car is totaly standard other than late spec headlamps. Engine and gearbox are good and pull well. The black interior is in great condition, no holes in the bolsters and they still have their proper shape. Warning triangle is still there but the first aid kit is missing. Active rear spoiler operates as it should at speed and from the switch. Fitted with a Cat1 alarm and immobiliser. The paint is faded and the drivers rear quarter has a dodgy aerosol paint job, needs a respray in my eyes. The front panels and passenger wing are currently off the car for access to the battery tray where it needs a small patch of welding, other than that the car appears to be rust free other than a couple of small surface scabs from stonechips. A cv boot needs replacing and is supplied and I think one of the rear calipers is sticking. The heater matrix has been bypassed under the bonnet so I assume it's bust and needs replacing. I'm after £300 for the whole car as I need it out of the way really, its worth a lot more in parts. Car is located in Liverpool. I can get more pictures if needed but its locked up in the garage at the moment.
