As the Acclaim should be being picked up in the next couple of weeks I am looking for a new ride, as I cannot afford to run a car at the moment I would like a Moped / Scooter 50cc ideally but anything up to 125cc.
Age/condition no issue just needs to be cheap, let me know what you have got.

you could have the melody as is for £200 as is.needs the plasics painted and timing set.has had new batery,magneeto,spark plug.wheels have been cleaned and painted into a matching colour to the engine cowling.i don't have time to finish it.I'm in county durham.

I am wondering if Cavmad is going to give me any more clues or keep me in suspense. Oh and remind me to sort the paperwork out for the Metro I have another set of keys too. |

Fanny-ly enough I've just been to collect said scootay. News gets better because it has sat in the lad's garage for 18 months after he got a car and when I first saw it it wouldn't go. Got it home and after 2 kicks it fired up and sounds very, very good. To top it all off I've got the V5 and he is (was) the only owner as he bought it brand new. I have the V5 as I fill the trade part in so it'll be one registered owner from new. Anyhow mystery will be over as soon as my camera gets off it's  and starts loading pics, which must be said are a million time better than the ones of the Polo I'm selling. Keep an eye on this thread for more details/pictures me old chestnut. In fact I'm feeling the camera-computer connection vive right now.... |
