Cheap newer-shape Disco with LPG! I have run out of time/money/space etc to keep this beast.
M reg 300-series (facelift) Discovery 3.9 V8i auto with LPG kit including 2 underslung LPG tanks. Towbar fitted. Twin sunroofs. Central Locking/Electric windows.
Bad points:
No tax/MOT
Needs battery, though starts from a jump
One inner wing scabby/holed under bonnet
LPG system works but needs setting up properly ideally
One of the straps holding the tanks has snapped - easy fix
Blow from exhaust downpipe somewhere
2 tyres have fairly slow puncture, plenty of tread though. Might just need reseating
Scruffy inside, sunroofs did leak - needs a good valet
Leaking rear caliper, new repair kit included in sale
Lacquer peeling from front of roof and rear nearside door
It needs to go quickly and will need trailering. £500 gets it, and I would prefer it to go to someone from here rather than put it on the 'bay. Oh, and I am in Leicester, 2 mins from M1 J21.
