VW Polo Coupe 1993, 10 months MOT.
Currently driveable and roadworthy but the head gasket is slowly going
so it will die eventually. I've had the car for 7 years and the head
gasket has been repaired twice in that time, the last time the mechanic
told me it couldn't be repaired again. So it's free to a good home for
parts and can be dropped off near York anywhere I can easily get home
from (or picked up if you have insurance). I live fairly centrally off
Bishopthorpe Road.
If you're of a mechanical bent, it might be possible to repair it -
it's in pretty good nick for its age otherwise and I have a list of
other minor issues which would need to be looked at if you wanted to do
that.
