... the only injury I sustained was a bumped head when I let the seatbelt of without realizing the car was upside down and that's not really the car's fault.

Loving the ingenuity with the pre galv, at least it wont rust. Reminded me of the time I welded up my 100E with bits of an old fridge freezer. That, incedently, did rust ;D

Coming along beautifully mate! I take it that galvanised stuff welds OK? I use lightly galvanised steel when I can, but assumed the more heavily galved stuff wouldn't weld nice.... obviously I was wrong!! Nice work
