monty the montego is up for sale 2.0 turbo diesel countryman estate tax till december mot till september solid underneath from what I can see just the usal wheel arch and tailgate rusty bits done 240,000 but still pulls strong will hold its own at 85 on the motorway running on cooking oil at 51p a litre you cant beat it still has all the roof rails I want about £350 but am open to offers its a shame to scrap it but someone has offerd £200 just for the engine if I remove it let me know soon as it will prob go on ebay later this week I will put some pics on later

Ace cars, the Perkins TD is one of the best diesel engines you can get imho and suprisingly quick. A few good pics will help as will stating whether 5 or 7 seater. Someone should snap this up before the engine ends up in a Land Rover.

  these photos make it look a little bit better than it is as it has a few scares here and there but nothing serious, if i had time i was going to restore it to its former glory or make it into a pickup with a modern 2.0 ltr rover tdi .It would prob only need a few bush's to get it through an mot . It is the seven seater version and i will say it is blessed as i used to belong to a vicar for many years |
