this shows a few bent fines, nothing much. just was being pressed against somthing
the inlets are slightly different sizes. one is 2 1/4 inch and the other is 2 1/2 inch
this intercooler was on my highly tuned polo G40 but its a bit of overkill really. my engine went pop so selling bits off that i don't really need. this was a custom made one done by aw tracksport for me. i split the corner of the intercooler after a week so sent it back and they fixed it, it cracked because of the way my eaton charger was linked to it. didnt have enough play and vibration caused it. run fine ever since. the car was running 1.4bar and about 230bhp so can hold some pressure going through it. its quite a think intercooler. i forgot to measure the thickness to be honest. you will have to come up with some way of fitting it securely to the car as it doesnt come with any brackets
