Hi All, Not car related - but it could help you look at car related web sites all over the house! ;D D-link DSL-924 Wireless ADSL router complete with usb adapter for your PC, so you can make any PC wireless. Works with DSL broadband, not cable hence why I'm selling it. It's used, about 6 months old but as new complete with box, manuals, CD's, cables, power adapter and all the other bits and bobs. Cost around £80 in PC world I think, looking for £40 + P&P, or come and collect it, I'm in Cheshire.  Pics:   Cheers Stu |

I have this set up and it works well for us, simple to install everything too. Extra bonus if you accidentaly connect to next doors wireless for free too |

Question:
Do you need to have a permanantly hard-wired computer with this thingy?
We don't have a 'desktop' any more so a permanantly hooked up poota is poop.

Pog, nope, you don't. All I've got is laptops in this place, and its sweet. You need to hook the laptop up to it first to set it all up usually, but thats only 5 mins work. Mine works sweet. |

Pog - as above, it will work with any laptop with a wireless adapter already built in or you can use the little usb wireless adapter supplied in any desktop or laptop computer with a usb slot. To do the initial router setup you can connect the router with the supplied network cable (standard RJ45 cable, blue in photo) to a PC or laptop and run the configuration CD, really easy. After that no cables required |
