anyone got a free or cheap as possible! vespa I can do up, aslong as it runs & is'nt a rotbox, & not stolen, if it needs minor welding, thats ok I can do that, as for paint I don't care even if its pink,don't care if the seat is ripped aslong as theres a complete scoot for me to get bk on the road, gears etc have to work, brakes I can fix,
