'92 on a K plate. 1769cc turbo diesel (76bhp). MoT till Aug 13th 2007, and taxed till the end of may. Has electric front windows, power steering, CD player, alloy wheels from a 205gti which i've refurbed, not a bad job too if I do say so myself. Its in all round good nick, not spectacular "showroom fresh" or anything, but very good nonetheless. It always starts first time and gets great mpg. Car is located in Lincoln and i'm after £475 or thereabouts.

I like long walks, especially when they're taken by people I don't like.

They do have one, and it was done at about 80k according to the previous (1st) owner, mileage is currently 108k, so should have another 10k on it?

Yeah, leaving it beyond 50k is a bad idea although I think the factory state 72k. Optimistic!
May be interested but I need to get shot of the Metro first.

May be interested but I need to get shot of the Metro first. i dunno, we did my 306 at 80k as the manual says, we didnt do it again until 180k!!! its not a bad job, took me about 2 hours on the 306 which is the same AUD diesal i beleive but a 1.9, 100hp. it was abit tight to the inner wheel arch though (i.e. not even a cam belts width gap there!) looks good, always fancied a 2 door with the 1.9TDI thrown in for a daily driver.
