moving garage and having a clear out, I will add pics and more stuff soon, but off the top of my head we have:
- Ford 1600 cvh, done over 100k in a scimitar SS1, the head is the hemi head but is removed from the block.
- Ford 1600 cvh21 kent cam, boxed, little if any use
- Ford 1600 cvh vernier cam pulley, silver centre with blue outside, abit scruffy but still perfectly functional. I cant rememeber what make.
- Nissan 1800 C18 (?) engine, no idea of milage, but we have a receipt for the head being stripped, some thread helicoiled and rebuilt somewhere, ecu included, all complete minus exhaust manifold and turbo. it was from a silvia I beleive but I will have to check.
- A-series twin SU inlet manifold, takes twin 1.25"s at current, but has the large square flanges so can be drilled and tapped for 1.5"s or even 1.75"s.
- leaf spring uprateing thingies, for towing caravans and tailors or just stiffening up your cart springs
- unknown brand fast road cam for a CVH, no markings on it, but the guy we got the engine from said it was a fast road cam, and the guy at our local rolling road confirmed this when we had the twin 40s setup. ( stock but well maintained 1600cvh, twin 40 DCNFs, said cam = 117hp with no head or exhaust work.)
- steel 10" mini wheels, I have about 20 of the things! all need painting and tidying up. I will removed the tyres for postage as they are shot.
- two 10x5" mini cobra slot mags
offers
and more to come I expect.

CVH, compound valve hemispherical, I think it stands for!

CVH, compound valve hemispherical, I think it stands for! 'Compound valve angle, hemisperical combustion chamber' if you want to play at that game. later engine retained the name, but changed the hemi combustion chamber design to a heart shaped affair for economy, and less power.

I thought the CVH was the pile of curse word from the Mk3 escort thats the one. its not too bad, its only as bad as any other ford engine heavy, makes comparativly little power, but easy to tune and readily available.

The Zetec is based on the CVH, with a DOHC head. Can't be that bad!

Adam they are OK, but when you consider what other manufacturers where knocking out at the same time it was pretty knaff, i mean hondas hot hatch had a nice dohc putting out between 130 and 160hp in 1600 form with the d16/d16a, and toyota had the 4AGE, but the best ford managed was a 1600 sohc putting out about 95hp!

How much are you after for the cam? Is it the cam alone or do you have uprated valve springs with it? Also the vernier pulley? Cheers!

Cheers! its just a cam, one in its box, the other loose (and aparently un marked as to make / spec) not a full cam kit. PM me an offer, the CVH parts are my brothers, but they are all siting here ready to be posted out.

Gah, I hate making offers! Ask your bro what he wants for the boxed one, and might be interested in the 'unknown quantity' one instead if its cheap enough and in good nick
