What's a walnut-ish dash?? Have visions of a bit of one of those blue CHEP pallets (well it's wood....so that makes it walnut-ish), or maybe some MDF.

could do with new carpet some parts missing, a new set of mirrors, maybe a grill, rev counter.
just bit to tidy the car up there is nothing machanicaly wrong with the mini

Does it come with any dials or are they needed too?

i wouldnt say rust but under the lights and here and there is bubbling of the paint. it is 18years old its not going to be perfect
if dials meaning the rev counter no there isnt one
