I know I'm being very hopefull here but
Either
BMW M5 E28 Pressure plate.
or
M3 E30 Pressure plate.
Can be used - worn out - tired in fact as long as it's still in one piece and recognisable as a pressure plate I'd be happy
Basically I need one to compare and there seems to be an "M" tax on new bits - one will work just not sure which one so buying both new is gonna hurt

possibly got a used one laying around, many of them are similar to other more mundane bmw clutches. you after a centre plate or cover? some M clutch centres have a very thin friction material. come to my works if you have a part to match up, or send me an email or PM

what I mean by thin is a very thin piece of friction material, like <2mm riveted over a much thicker piece of metal. the overall thickness is the same, just the lining is extermely thin. cover plates are all much alike, just some have heavier springs than others. if you want, just pop over my works with the old one and we can mate it up from there you got PM, too

e30 325i is 265mm betweend stud holes. nice heavy clutch. e28 m535/e23 735i (also 528i/728i but less stiff) is 270 ish between studs. you have to stick with these early clutches because later engines use a recessed flywheel. all bmw's use the same release bearing, 45mm id on the thrust face. I did measure the o/d, but its been farkin' busy this morning and have forgotten, sorry

E28 M535 seems a much better bet So I need an early version of the M535 clutch - got any old ones lying around?
