would anyone think of having one of these? its a V12 5 litre longwheelbase ive been offered not much info yet but its been off the road for 2 yrs will be having a look it will be cheap-but the petrol wont be! not intending to keep it though electric everything and self leveling suspension thats about all i know at the moment worried about getting lumbered with it as the petrol costs will scare everyone off? ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png) ??

two words. BUY IT. these are proper, proper cars. I had one a few years back, ex Russian consulates car, armoured, double glazed, smooth as u like, don't worry about the fuel, just make sure it doesn't have head gasket problems, wallet breakingly expensive job to do.Must be an early one, as were all 5.4 from 91 onwards

I'm going to have a look in a couple of weeks but hes mentioned £750 now i know it was something daft like 53K new but I'm def not going to keep it,(as much as i know its going to be lovely to drive) so i don't know if i want to spend 750 mot it and then find I'm stuck with it its no good to me i normally use a van or estate for work use and this will no good for that

Matt, with respect I`d have a good look around at eBay etc and see what they are doing money wise. I reckon it COULD be a millstone, it`ll fetch the square root off eff all round the block but somebody somewhere might give you a nice drink out of it. Sounds like a laugh if it`s running ok though!
