I'm after some wheels for my 84 Cressida estate. It's four stud but not 100% sure about the pcd. If cheapish i would like some of the "iron cross" style wheels as fitted to the early Celica's and Supra's and Lotus' if they are the same. However i would be willing to fork out a LOT more for some RS Watanabes or Konig Rewinds with Gold centers, so long as they will fit without clearance problems. So what have you got sitting gathering dust in the back of your garage/shed??

Got a few ex-240K alloys, 5.5x14", 25mm offset, 4x114.3mm PCD. They're not massively wide but look good refurbed and detailed, suitably fussy for a J-car of this era. You'd need to get hold of appropriate sleeved nuts as Toyota and Datsun have different pitch threads.

HHHHMMMMM Very interesting. So would we be in agreement that they would bolt straight on? They give me the horn but they look (atleast) twice as wide as my standard rims. I'd love them but i'd be worried they are just too wide (if you can have such a thing) LOL. Also by the time i buy some tyres they would end up costing me more than i paid for the car!! ; ;D

Cheers Pogweasel they certainly are cheap and would look cool enough.
I'll see what happens with my other offers first.

Get the Rewinds! ;D (it's so much easier spending someone else's money isn't it? ) A set of cheap 185/60 part-worns (or 175/55s for a bit of stretch) would cost you under £100/set.

I have a set of Celica iron cross alloys and a set of Datsun iron cross alloys. 100 quid for the Celicas - great condition, no kerbing, no scratches but they are dirty. 40 quid for the Datsun iron cross. Also great condition but they're gold. Nice if you want a retro lowrider look. Both sets fit your car and the offset will suit. I'm in Surrey too. Charlie 020 7280 7338. I like long walks, especially when they're taken by people I don't like.
