For sale, what I believe to be a Garrett T25 turbo. Brand new, never fitted. Has a standard T25 exhaust flange. I can measure anything on it if it helps and read off the part/casting numbers. Guess it would be OK on anything upto 2 ltrs. Thought I would offer it on here for £75 ono before I put it on the bay.   Sean e-mail:seantoole5@btinternet.com |

Has it for a 'tag' on it with a 10-figure Garrett part number? If so bosh it up on here and i'll try and find out what spec it is.

Right OK. Turbo has a tag, but the number isn't 10 figures long. The serial number is: S10003A (or could be SI0003A). Part number is TPL2293. There is a casting number on it, which is: 432350-2. I know its quite an old turbo, I came by it in the early to mid 90's. So might be difficult to trace.

brand new T25 (you think) for £75?, that sounds cheap enough!. Hmmm.... I've a spare R5 Turbo carb at home.... and a 1302S that is begging for some forced action  Hmmmmmmmmm |

I'd say this turbo is quite a bargain; I think it must be a non-garrett refurbished one however seeing as it doesn't have a garrett 10-digit number on its tag. Thus it is pretty difficult to give you a spec for it.

The price reflects the fact that I'm not entirely sure what it is. All I know is, it has the same exhaust mounting flange as a T25 and its got Garrett cast into the body. It is definately brand new though and not re-conned.
