That's niiiice!! I wouldn't be too keen on taking on someone elses half-done project but it give a head start on things! I would be tempted to keep the body "as is" with a bit of lacquer, stick some shiny alloys on it and find a suitable engine.... Ah, dreaming again...

Yeah I agree with you Rev, it does look kinda odd, still wicked though, especially if it was on 'bags. Looks like he's got quite a collection of Retro(ish) cars judging by the pic above, maybe someone should direct him here.

That is cool-io. The rear doors look a bit odd though as the frames fro the glass are thicker than at the front.....
Serious potential though! Where's Mattblack! ;D

Where's Mattblack! ;D Here I am ;D Not been one here for a couple of days, nearly missed this...... I have been toying with welding up the rear doors on mine..... and maybe a chop..... WHY DID YOU SHOW ME THIS!!!!! ;D ;D ;D The problem with the MK1/2 sceptres is Rootes in there wisdom gave them the lowest rear screen in the range, but the deepest windscreen, so the roof line looks a bit strange. There was a chopped MK1 around years ago that had the standard screen set into the scuttle, which was made removable so the screen could be changed if required. Oh, and it's more 'kustom' than 'lowrider' ........

... the only injury I sustained was a bumped head when I let the seatbelt of without realizing the car was upside down and that's not really the car's fault.
