  They say this BMW M5 is a true modern classic. What does that mean? I guess it means it is an icon, an instant classic, a 4 door sports car, and here we have one of the finest examples available today at a bargain price. I make no bones about it, this car is not mine but a good friends. Whilst he has internet access, forums are not his strong point hence he has asked me to do the honours. If only i had money and room for it In answer to your questions... A. It's got shadowline rear lights, but chrome window and door trim. It's also got non-standard badging, and wheels, so in a small way it's modified, is there anything else? B. It's a classic car for sure, it's also in one of the less desirable shades (market values reflect this). I own and have owned five E28s, so I've got a bit of experience with them. C. I have bought one cheaper. With an M5 engine, MOT and TAX, leather etc When somebody tells me something is a bargain, I want to know why. I'm not knocking the motor at all, it looks very nice and I've modded all mine, so I like what the owner has done. And yes, they are way cool... And if I had the money and space, given my past record I'd buy it too ;D |

They are indeed Alpina style wheels, not sure if they are genuine Alpina wheels, but very smart all the same!
