All 1988 MK2 Golf GTI 8v parts (unless otherwise stated):
8v PB Engine - 190k miles, head rebuilt at 130K, no smoke/oil burning. No air box or emissions sensor, but all ancillaries present. £75 (provisionally sold)
Gearbox - rebuilt at some point before I bought the car, smooth gearchange, with a very occasional slight crunch into 2nd when cold (when I say occasional, I mean occasional - it happened twice in the last 6 months so it's probably the driver not the gearbox). £50
Gearbox number 2 - Supplied / rebuilt by Dubsport 5 years ago, used for about 6 months then removed from the car (because the car was being scrapped). £75
Rear beam with poly bushes. 5 years old. Replaced a beam on my car that was bent. £50
Boge TurboGas Lowered suspension kit (-40mm), new top mounts all round - £40 (the rear mounts are mint condition BugPack items, which I may sell separately)
Helios Blue panels - driver and passenger doors ('90 spec, manual windows, drivers door battle scarred), bonnet, wings, boot lid. All nicely aged i.e. slight surface rust or scratches - £cheap
Rear windows - does what it says on the tin - £10 for the pair.
Small bumpers - front is from GSF, 4 years old, back is a genuine VAG item. All red trim removed - £30 for the pair.
Black carpet sets x 2 - one from 1988, one from 1990 16v - £15 each
Uncut black parcel shelf - mint condition - £30
Parcel shelf supports - with or without speakers, seatbelts included - £10 per pair
Most dash panels available - £cheap.
Probably loads of other stuff - give me a shout if you don't see what you want.
Can bring certain items to No Rice but would prefer collection. Parts are 5 minutes drive from J4 of the M3, in Blackwater, Surrey.
