I'm going to Goodwood on Wednesday for a trackday run by my old uni motorclub, I was club secretary last year so gave myself membership this year ;D. There are about 40 cars going, including my Golf, a 2.0 RWD Nova, an Aerial Atom, 3 D-Types (only 1 is a replica), 4x4 Sierra, couple of 1280 Minis and my mates latest purchase especialy for the day... £180 on the bay with T&T. I'll let you know how I get on on Thursday hopefully with lots of pics.

I won't be there when you cross the road, so always use the Green Cross Code.

That's the one, I'm gonna try and blag a ride They are not cars owned by students though, most of the people going are/were from the School of Engineering and were told to bring a friend or two to fill up the spaces, alot of whom seem to have sweet cars.

wasnt it one of them that JC drove on top gear....and warped his face? if so...................YEEFRICKINHAAAAAAA ;D That one JC tested was the latest version powered by a supercharged version of the Civic Type R engine - the older ones are K series powered and hence a bit more sedate Though still damned quick when there isn't a windscreen ;D I hope the trackday goes well - look foward to hearing about your experiences. I've just had a pretty high octane weekend myself. On Saturday I went over to Silverstone and watched a practice event for 'Drifting' (It was nice to bump into RadDat, who was doing well campaigning his 510) On the Sunday I joined the hoards of people at Santa Pod for the first RWYB of the year, I only managed two runs, but both times beat my previous personal best - so pretty pleased
