Hmm... I know I can pick them up (asked the seller where he is ) 4" = 101.6mm if my mental arithmatic is correct... 0.8mm/side... To me that's just 'impact engineering' levels of difference... ...but it'd put a lot of strain on the studs. Hmm...ream out by 0.8mm each side? *n

what about those funny 'wobbly' eccentric wheel studs? Do they exist or have I just imagined them.

Indeed Mr.Bs solution is the only soultion I'm afrade. Allycats use tapered nuts so making the hole bigger makes no differance.

Yeah you can get wobbly bolts, supposed to be able to give you 2mm clearance, I've got a set for fitting the alfa wheels when I get them refurbed. Can take some pics if people are interested?
