I've have no time to finish it and need to replace my wife's car with a 'modern family car' so the Wagon is up for grabs. Lowered (of course) 4 inches on cut springs. No rust. Petrol 2ltr. Does 30 ish to a gallon on a run. Massive load space with fold down seat. Two new tyres. MOT until August. Tax, not sure, will check! but probably plenty. Heated seats don't work and heater fan needs fixing. Other than that, it's all OK. Starts and runs fine. Handles well on the twisty bits. Roof needs painting black as it's gone a bit pink!. All trim removed but holes need welding. This is the point I ran out of time. I have too much else to do work wise.

Hi Crazy, No thanks. We're going to trade an Astra sized car of that age for a, gulp, people carrier. No! We've got two young children and like taking holidays with grandparents so a people carrier really fits the bill. Sadly. Plus my wife ferries them all over the place in the week and I can walk or cycle to work so no real need for a 2nd car right now.
If you are interested in the Volvo, it's £600.

Oooo how i'd love to buy it and put a decent oil-burner in it (D5 engine??).

It hasn't gone yet......and I'm not trying very hard. Most likely is that it will live on the drive for a while giving me time to fix things whilst I cycle or walk to work. This is nuts. I'll send you a real email or pick up the phone!
