1990 (G-reg) BMW 320se (4-door)
- Zinnobar Red
- MOT March 2006
- Will add 6 months tax before selling!
- 117K miles
- Electric windows/sunroof (all working fine)
- Power steering
- Trip computer
- 6-disc Panasonic CD changer & face-off head unit
- Nice 3-spoke M-tech steering wheel (much nicer than standard "bus-like" steering wheel)
- Rear head-rests
- Good condition for year (panels all straight, paintwork good, very little rust even in the usual hot spots)
Based in Ormskirk (North West), 25 mins from Liverpool and Preston.
***MORE PICS AVAILABLE HERE*** photobucket.com/albums/b165/bmw320forsale/?sc=3
I bought it for £600 in March this year to use for my daily commute. I flushed the coolant (and added the correct mix of anti-freeze) and changed the oil and filter & air filter as soon as I bought it. When I took it to be MOT'd in April, all that was required was £40 worth of brake pipe replacing. I have since had 6 months of trouble free motoring, including a number of incident-free long distance drives (such as my 800mile round trip to Newquay, when I averaged 34.5mpg!).
Reason for sale?
The only reason I'm selling her is to fund a new project - I want to buy another old Mini to add to my collection (see > retrorides.proboards29.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1127954497 ). If I could afford to run 3 cars, I wouldn't be selling the 320 (I'd keep it for the noise and RWD handling alone), but unfortunately I can't afford to keep it.
Because the car comes with 6months Tax (adding about £100 to the value of the car) and 5months MOT I am hoping to get around £495ono for her, but we can negotiate. It's a good condition, honest, reliable car that should have plenty of reliable years left in it.
Please post any questions below, so that everybody can read the questions and answers.
